Garden, Momos & Waffles – The Perfect Girl’s Day Out Combo

In my last blog ‘Hanging Gardens‘, I had mentioned how we are forgetting to embrace gardens. Well I recently found out about one in Thane, that I never knew existed. My friend Sona showed me this place.

Lokmanya Tilak Udyan is a small, decent garden. Where locals come to get some fresh air. There is some informational plaques put up + good enough seating area for people.

Next we went to Sai Annapurna Poli Bhaji Kendra where they sell yummy momos. We had Steamed Paneer Achari Momos & Fried Chicken Achari Momos (in picture above). If you are looking for tasty budget-friendly momos this is the place to go.

Lastly we visited Cream Station. I first noticed this place when we were on our way to have momos. This dessert shop has been open for over a year and serves delicious waffles, milkshakes, ice-cream sundaes and faloodas. I had Chocolate Over Loaded Puff Waffle, while Sona had Butterscotch Lassi.

I enjoyed the waffle & Sona liked her drink too. I would definitely like to visit Cream Station again and try new waffles.
